博物馆公共文化服务均等化初探

摘　　要：2016年12月25日,十二届全国人大常委会第二十五次会议表决通过了《中华人民共和国公共文化服务保障法》,这不仅反映出我国对于公民文化权利的充分尊重和保障,也对作为公共文化载体的博物馆博提出了更高的要求——提供标准化、规范化和均等化的公共文化服务。现阶段国内博物馆公共文化服务的"不均等"主要由人际、区际和代际"不均"的三方面原因造成。On December 25, 2016, the 25th conference of the Standing Committee of the 12th National People＇s Congress of the People＇s Republic of China passed the Public Cultural Service Guarantee Law of the People＇s Republic of China, which not only reflected our country＇s respect and guarantee to the citizens＇ cultural rights but also the higher demands to the museums as the carriers of the public culture -- providing standardized, normalized and equalized public cultural service. The inequality of the public cultural service of the museums in China at present is mainly caused by the interpersonal, interregional and intergenerational inequalities and the fulfillment of the equalization of the public cultural service is a hard work.
