摘 要:辅助性T细胞(Th细胞)17是近年发现的一种新型辅助性T淋巴细胞,可特异性分泌白细胞介素(IL)17,并在自身免疫性疾病和免疫炎性损伤中发挥重要作用。中枢神经系统变性疾病是一类临床表型复杂、难以早期诊断和鉴别的疾病群,其发病机制与自身免疫或免疫炎性损伤相关。而IL-17是一种主要由Th17细胞产生的促炎细胞因子。IL-17与其受体结合后,通过诱导内皮细胞释放炎性因子和趋化因子,刺激中性粒细胞募集和活化参与炎症反应、免疫应答,发挥其生物学功能。这可能有助于进一步寻找研究神经变性疾病发病机制的切入点,探索新的治疗靶区,从而为神经变性疾病防治提供更广阔的思路和前景。Helper T cell( Th cell) 17 is a newly discovered CD4+T cell subset,characterized by secreting interleukin( IL) 17,which plays an important role in autoimmune diseases and immune-related inflammatory injuries. Neurodegenerative diseases include a heterogeneous group of diseases with complicated and overlapped clinical phenotypes which are difficult for early diagnosis and differentiation. Studies have shown that many pathogenesis of neurodegenerative disease are associated with autoimmune or immune-related inflammatory injury. Proinflammatory cytokine IL-17 is mainly generated by Th17 cells. IL-17 can induce a variety of cells to release inflammatory factors and mediate the inflammatory response and immune response through stimulating the neutrophil recruitment and activation,which may contribute to the further researches on an entry point for investigating the pathogenesis of neurodegenerative disease,to explore new therapeutic target,and provide broader mind and prospect for the prevention and treatment of neurodegenerative disease.
