摘 要:骨组织工程可有效地解决骨组织缺损修复难题。而其支架材料是组成骨组织工程的重要因素之一,不同单一支架材料表现出不同的优势与缺点。目前,研究得较多的由复合材料制作的支架可有效地保留单一材料支架的优势并规避其缺点,提升骨组织工程支架的性能,诱导骨形成与血管化,达到修复骨缺损的目的。而骨组织工程支架的表面修饰可有效改善支架的机械性能,提高支架与骨组织的整合。因此,制造具有最佳性能的骨组织工程支架材料及完善其表面修饰将成为未来研究的热点。Bone tissue engineering can effectively solve the problem of bone tissue defect repair,and the material of scaffold is one of the important factors in bone tissue engineering. Different single kind of scaffold materials shows different advantages and disadvantages. The scaffolds made of composite materials are studied more and more recently,because they can retain the advantages of the scalffolds made of the single material and evade the disadvantages,improve the performance of bone tissue engineering scaffolds,and induce bone formation and angiogenesis,so as to repair the bone defect. Surface modification of bone tissue engineering scaffolds can effectively improve the mechanical properties of scaffolds and the integration of scaffolds with bone tissue. Fabricating the materials of bone tissue engineering scaffolds with optimal performance and improving the surface modification of the scaffolds would be the future research direction.
