摘  要:本试验旨在研究獭兔日粮中添加不同配方的中草药添加剂对不同繁殖模式下的哺乳獭兔受胎率、泌乳情况和产仔性能及饲养成本的影响。选取健康、体况接近的妊娠獭兔,按照42d、49d和56d三种繁殖模式进行饲养管理,每种繁殖模式下分为基础日粮组、中草药配方Ⅰ、配方Ⅱ、配方Ⅲ组,每组12个重复,中草药添加剂量为日粮总量的2%。根据其所处繁殖模式不同,在产后间隔不同时间及时配种,统计受胎率,记录窝产仔数和分娩第0d、7d、14d、21d和28d的泌乳量,并计算饲料成本。结果表明,49d、56d繁殖模式下,以补肾为特征的配方Ⅲ组的受胎率显著高于其他三组(P<0.05);试验中各繁殖模式下,各处理獭兔产仔数和泌乳量差异均不显著(P>0.05)。试验中以补肾为特征设计的中草药添加剂配方Ⅲ对促进獭兔产后恢复效果最好,配种受胎率最高,成本约0.235元/只·d。This study was designed to explore the effect of Chinese herbal medicine additive formula on pregnancy rate, lactation performance, reproductive performance and feeding costs of does in different reproductive mode. A total of 144 does were randomly separated into 4 treatments (each treatment separated 42d, 49d, 56d reproduction models) and fed a basal diet added formula Ⅰ , Ⅱand Ⅲ Chinese herbal medicine additives. The dosage of Chinese herbal medicine additives is 2% of the diet. Conception rate was detected after mated 7 days. Daily milk production of does was detected after delivery 0 d, 7 d, 14 d, 21 d, 28 d. Litter size were recorded, and feed cost of does was calculated. Result showed that: in 49d, 56d reproduction models, conception rate of formula Ⅲ was significantly higher than other three groups (P〈0.05) ; differences of daily milk production and litter size in each treatments were not significant (P〉0.05). It was proved that the formula Ⅲ Chinese herbal medicine additives designed for tonifying kidney could promote postpartum recovery and improve conception rate. The daily cost of 2% Chinese herbal medicine additives for each rabbit about 0. 235 yuan.
