摘　　要：实验前的准备工作是保证各项实验有条不紊进行,保质保量完成的基础。本文着重从仪器设备检查、实验器械准备、试剂配制、预实验的开展等方面阐述了教学实验准备工作,期望提高《细胞生物学》实验课教学质量,保证《细胞生物学》实验教学的顺利开展。Fine preparations for experimental courses enable teachers to achieve expected teaching quality. The article detailedly introduced some teaching experiences which are involved in thecheck of instruments, the preparations of apparatus and reagents, and the preliminary experiment. These teaching experiences will be helpful to improve the teaching quality of 《cell biology》 and assure the smooth running of the experimental course of 《cell biology》.
