犬附红细胞体病的诊疗体会

摘　　要：犬附红细胞体病是由附红细胞体引起的一种人畜共患病,临床上以发热、贫血、黄疸为主要特征。该病的发生近年呈逐步上升趋势,对犬和人危害严重。本文对就诊的9例疑似附红细胞体感染病的病犬,通过血常规和镜检法进行确诊,采用抗微生物药的对因治疗方案和支持疗法进行对症治疗,结果8例病犬痊愈。现将诊疗方案进行总结分析,希望为临床上相关病例诊疗提供借鉴。Canine Eperythrozoonosis is a zoonotic disease caused by the Canine Eperythrozoon suis, with the features of fever, anemia and jaundice. The occurrence of this disease is gradually rising in recent years, seriously harms to the health of both canine and human. In this paper, we described the clinical symptoms and diagnostic procedures of 9 cases with canine eperythrozoonosis. Then antimicrobial agents were used to etiological therapy, and symptomatic treatment also be included, as a result, total 8 cases were successfully cured. This paper summarized the therapy of canine eperythrozoonosis, and hopes to provide reference for clinical related cases.
