摘 要:提出集成两个频段的双频RFID电子标签芯片设计方案,两个频段共享电源和存储器,解决了集成的双频电子标签芯片的电源冲突问题和双频段同时读写存储器的冲突问题,设计了集成符合ISO 18000-6C协议的UHF频段和符合ISO 11784/11785协议的LF频段的双频RFID电子标签芯片,并给出了电源管理电路。经流片后测试,该双频RFID标签的两个频段的功能正确,灵敏度和识读距离与目前同类型单频段的电子标签相近。A dual frequency RFID solution was proposed, which two frequency band RFID functions were integrated into one die and shared the common power and memory. The conflict problems of the chip powered by two frequency band simultaneously and the memory accessed by two frequency band simultaneously were solved. A transponder circuit featuring a UHF ISO 18000-6C RF and a LF ISOl1784 and ISO 11785 function was designed, and the power management circuits were represented. The chip was taped out and tested, the test result showed that the dual frequency RFID transponder can work normally and its sensitivity and reading tag range is equivalent to the same kind single frequency RFID tag.
