摘 要:为保证微网的稳定运行和风光资源的最大化利用,避免风光出力骤减可能导致柴发过载情况以及频繁启动备用柴发的不利影响,依据某独立智能微网运行工况需求,提出了一种符合其运行工况的实时能量调度管理策略,即将其运行模式按照新能源独立发电和并网发电两大类进行划分,其中并网发电分为七种类型的运行工况,有效解决了新能源逆变器与柴发并网发电中的能量稳定高效调度管理问题。在此基础上,采取编写VC++程序模拟仿真和实际工况运行相结合的方式,验证了该能量管理控制策略的正确性和完备性。In order to ensure maximum use of PV and WT resources and keep stable operation of the micro-grid and avoid PV and WT output plummeted which may lead to DE overload, as well as the adverse effects of frequent start and stop of DE, a real-time energy scheduling management strategy consistent with its operating conditions is proposed based on a reef intelligent micro-grid operating conditions demand. Its operating mode is divided into two categories according to the new energy and independent power grid, and the power generation mode is classified into seven types of operating con- ditions, which effectively solute the stable and efficient energy management scheduling problem. And then the energy management control strategy correctness and completeness are both verified by a si- mulation of program written in VC ++ and actual working conditions results.
