摘 要:为提高可再生能源消纳能力,电网要求火电机组优化协调控制系统提高发电负荷响应能力,而锅炉侧控制器参数整定是协调控制系统调试的重点和难点。利用亚临界机组简化非线性动态模型,针对DEB控制方案,推导出机侧闭环炉侧开环状态下燃料量对DEB热量信号的传递函数,并提出依据此传递函数直接计算锅炉侧PID控制器参数的方法。仿真实验证明,应用该方法进行参数整定的DEB控制系统,抗AGC指令扰动、燃料量扰动能力及鲁棒性明显优于典型炉跟机协调控制系统。It is a trend in China to enhance the dissipation capacity of renewable energy by optimizing the coordinated control system so as to improve the power generation load response. The parameter setting of the boiler side is the key and difficulty of coordinated control system debugging. By using a simplified nonlinear dynamic model of the sub critical unit and taking the DEB control method as the base, some experiments are implemented to deduce the transfer function of the fuel quantity for the heat signal of DEB. At the same time, the machine side is at closed-loop state while the furnace side is at open-loop state. Based on the transfer function, the method for calculating PID controller parameters of boiler side is put forward. Analysis shows: DEB control system parameterized by this method is superior to the coordinated control system of typical furnace and machine in the ability of anti-disturbance of AGC, fuel quantity and robustness.
