摘 要:破坏性地震经常造成大量的人员伤亡和巨额的经济损失,严重制约了社会的可持续发展。为了减轻地震灾害损失,开展地震损失评估方法的研究,不仅有助于震前找出抗震弱点,合理规划建设,增加抗震措施,提高区域的抗震能力。同时也有助于震后应急和恢复重建工作的科学有效开展,提供必要的技术支持。本文结合第16届世界地震工程会议相关研究方向的研究成果,对地震损失评估方法予以总结和讨论。结论表明,地震损失评估方法研究多基于结构易损性的评估;评估结果也更为精细,同时对评估结果的展示也更为直观;这些都对相应的基础数据、模型方法和展示技术提出了更高的要求。Destructive earthquakes often caused heavy casualties and huge economic losses, it is seriously restricted the sustainable development of the society. In order to reduce earthquake disaster loss, the study on the assessment method of earthquake loss is benefit to find out the seismic vulnerability and improve the seismic capacity by reasonable planning and construction and increase the seismic measures. It also helps to draw out the measures of earthquake emergency response and reconstruction by providing technical support. In this paper, the earthquake damage assessment methods had been summarized and discussed based on the research results shown at the 16th World Conference on Earthquake Engineering. In conclusion, most methods of earthquake loss assessment are based on the structural vulnerability. According to the demands of accurately result and intuitive display, higher requirements are put forward for basis data, assessment models and display technology.
