摘　　要：分析了第一次国共合作中的思想政治教育实践,包括设立党代表制度和政治部、制定《政治教育大纲草案》、建立军政人才培养制度、教导团建立军队政工制度、国民革命军中政治教育制度的规范化等。这些都给后来红军思想政治教育制度的产生和形成提供了许多宝贵经验,也产生了较大的历史影响。The practices of ideological and political education in the first KMT-CPC cooperation exer- ted considerable influence on the emergency and formation of the Red Army＇s ideological and political education system. These practices include the establishment of the system of party representative and political department, ＂A Draft of Political Education Outline＂, the military-political personnel training system, the establishment of the army training regiment political work system, and the standardization of National Revolutionary Army political education system.
