应对“一带一路”战略沿线国家恐怖主义的情报支援机制探究

摘　　要：当前,复杂多变的国际形势对恐怖主义的扩张和蔓延具有一定的助推作用,如何与"一带一路"战略沿线国家建立反恐情报支援机制是我国和战略沿线国家共同面临的难题。为此,应以减小沿线国家恐怖主义对"一带一路"战略推进的威胁为目标,以国家间政治互信、经济发展与人才培养为基础,提出与"一带一路"战略沿线国家加快建立情报支援机制的方法,保障"一带一路"战略的平稳推进。The complicated and volatile international situation helps bring about terrorism expanding and spreading to some extent. The first priority for countries participating in the ＂Belt and Road Initia- tive＂is to establish an anti-terrorism intelligence support mechanism. This paper puts forward a method based on mutual trust between countries, economic development and talents cultivation, which can accelerate establishing the intelligence support mechanism and help the ＂ Belt and Road Initiative＂ move forward.
