摘　　要：文章分析研究了大气监测手工采样中"人、机、样、法、环"五个技术要素在质量控制中的作用与影响,根据多年工作经验,总结了大气监测手工采样活动中质量控制内容,归纳了采样活动中常见的质量控制问题,并提出有效避免措施,为环境监测全过程质量控制把好第一关。This paper studied the effect and influence of ＂person, machine, sample, method and environment＂ which are five technical elements in quality control about the atmospheric manual sampling, and concluded the contents？and methods of the quality control in the manual sampling of atmo- spheric monitoring activities based on years of working experience. Common problems of the quality control in sampling activities were summarized, and prevention measures were putted forward. This will be the first step and the most important step for the whole process of environmental monitoring quality control.
