斜板HSP短程传质促进好氧污泥颗粒化的研究

摘  要:通过斜板调节水力选择压来实现污泥间的短程传质,加快好氧颗粒污泥的形成.试验采用一组三因素、两水平、含交互作用的正交试验(R1~R8),将斜板与两种物质的添加效果进行比较,即Ca2+和聚合氯化铝(PAC).研究后认为斜板水力选择压可使污泥聚集于斜板上,并沿斜板发生滚动和滑动,碰撞和挤压作用得到加强,最终实现污泥间短程传质,促进微生物聚集体形成.试验结果显示:安装斜板装置的R5,R6,R7和R8在较短时间内形成了好氧颗粒污泥,尤其是在斜板和PAC的共同作用下的R6和R8,这两个反应器在第15天时完全实现了好氧污泥颗粒化,粒径大于200μm的微生物聚集体超过90%,COD和TN的去除率都分别达到了99%和82%.正交试验显著性分析证明斜板短程传质对颗粒化的快速实现具有决定性作用.SEM图像表明斜板短程传质作用下形成的颗粒污泥具有较紧密的内部结构.X射线能谱分析证实当斜板短程传质和PAC共同作用时,斜板起主导作用.The shortcut mass transfer between sludge was realized by installing the inclined plate to regulate the hydraulic selection pressure,which can speed up the formation of aerobic granular sludge.A group of orthogonal experiment(R1—R8)including three factors,two levels and two interaction effects was designed for the study,and the effect of inclined plate on aerobic sludge granulation was compared with the effect of two kinds of additives,Ca^2+ and poly aluminium chloride(PAC).In the research,sludge gathered over the inclined plate happens to roll and slide under the action of the inclined plate HSP,and the collision and extrusion between sludge are reinforced,which can achieve the shortcut mass transfer between sludge and promote the formation of microbial aggregates.The research results show that R5,R6,R7 and R8installed the inclined plate device form aerobic granular sludge in a short time.Especially in R6 and R8,under the combined action of the inclined plate and PAC,aerobic sludge granulation is completely achieved on the 15 th day when microbial aggregates larger than 200μm account for more than 90% and the removal rates of COD and TN exceed 99% and 82% respectively.The significance analyses of the orthogonal test shows that the shortcut mass transfer ofthe inclined plate has a decisive effect on the fast realization of the granulation.Based on SEM images,aerobic granular sludge formed under the action of shortcut mass transfer of the inclined plate possesses more compact interior structure.The X-ray energy spectrum analysis verifies that the inclined plate plays a leading role when shortcut mass transfer of the inclined plate and PAC act together.
