摘　　要：本文介绍了一件新见的上郡守绾戈，该戈铭文尚属首见，为秦史研究添加了新的资料。本文认为此“上郡守绾”当是见于《史记·范雎蔡泽列传》的“五大夫绾”，而非见于《史记·秦始皇本纪》以及秦始皇二十六年诏书的丞相王绾。This article introduces the Forty-Four-Year Bronze Dagger-axe supervised by the Governor Wan of Shangjun, which was never described. And its inscription will be to the advantage of the re- search of the Qin Dynasty＇s history. I argue that the Governor Wan of Shangjun isn＇t Wang Wan（王绾） but the Wudafu Wan（五大夫绾） who appeared in the Shih Chi（《史记》）.
