骨科创伤感染VSD治疗的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察和分析骨科创伤感染封闭式负压吸引技术(VSD)治疗的临床效果。方法选择2014年5月—2016年4月在我院接受治疗的骨科创伤感染患者60例作为研究对象,将其随机分成观察组和对照组,每组各30例。对照组行常规换药治疗,观察组行VSD治疗。对两组的治疗效果、治愈时间进行对比研究。结果观察组治疗有效率为100.00%,对照组为80.00%,观察组治疗有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组平均治愈时间为(17.00±9.68)d,对照组为(22.24±15.43)d,观察组治愈所花费时间更短,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在骨科创伤感染的治疗中应用VSD治疗,可提高治疗效果,加快患者的治愈进程。Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effect of VSD（closed negative pressure suction） in the treatment of traumatic infection in Department of orthopedics. Methods From May 2014 to April 2016, 60 patients with traumatic infection in Department of orthopedics were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine dressing change, and the observation group was treated with VSD. The treatment effect and cure time of two groups were compared. Results The effective rate was 100.00% in the observation group and 80.00% in the control group. The effective rate of the observation group was higher, and the difference was statistically significant（P 〈0.05）. The average cure time of the observation group was（17.00±9.68） d, the control group was（22.24±15.43） d, the observation group cured time was shorter, the difference was statistically significant（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of VSD in the treatment of traumatic infection in Department of orthopedics can improve the treatment effect and speed up the process of the treatment of patients.
