闭合复位PFNA治疗老年不稳定性股骨粗隆间骨折的临床观察

摘　　要：目的分析在不稳定性股骨粗隆间骨折老年患者治疗中应用闭合复位股骨近端防旋髓内钉/PFNA治疗的效果。方法搜集我院治疗的不稳定性股骨粗隆间骨折老年患者45例,全部患者均采取股骨近端防旋髓内钉治疗,记录治疗效果。结果经6个月随访,均骨性愈合,恢复行走能力,未出现断钉、螺旋刀片退出等现象。末次随访Harris评分为(90.73±6.14)分,总优良率91.11%。结论应用闭合复位股骨近端防旋髓内钉/PFNA治疗不稳定性股骨粗隆间骨折,能够改善患者各项指标,且操作简单,固定可靠,可获得较好的疗效。Objective To analyze the effect of closed reduction and proximal femoral intramedullary nail/PFNA in the treatment of unstable femoral intertrochanteric fractures. Methods 45 cases of patients with unstable intertrochanteric fractures were collected from our hospital. All patients were treated with proximal femoral intramedullary nail and recorded the therapeutic effect. Results After 6 months follow-up, all bone healing, recovery ability, no broken nails, spiral blade exit and so on. The last follow-up Harris score was（90.73 ± 6.14） points, the total excellent and good rate was 91.11%. Conclusion The use of closed reduction and proximal femoral intramedullary nail/PFNA in the treatment of unstable intertrochanteric fractures of femur can improve the indexes of patients, and it is simple, reliable.
