探讨锁骨骨折合并同侧肩胛颈骨折的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨分析锁骨骨折合并同侧肩胛颈骨折的治疗方式和治疗效果。方法选取2013年7月—2016年8月我院接收的40例锁骨骨折合并同侧肩胛颈骨折患者作为研究对象,将其分为手术组和非手术组,每组均有20例患者,为患者提供不同的治疗措施,对两组患者肩关节功能指标情况进行对比分析。结果手术组中,11例优秀、6例良好、3例尚可,优良率为85%;非手术组中,9例优秀、5例良好、4例尚可、2例较差、优良率为70%,两组优良率对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论锁骨骨折合并同侧肩胛颈骨折要结合患者的骨折情况,对其进行分析,视情况采取手术或非手术的治疗方式,确保患者的临床治疗效果。Objective To investigate the treatment of clavicle fracture with ipsilateral scapular neck fracture. Methods 40 cases of clavicle fracture with ipsilateral scapular neck fracture received in our hospital from July 2013 to August 2016 were selected as the object of study, which were divided into operation group and non operation group, 20 cases in each group. The patients were provided with different treatment options, the shoulder function indexes of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results In the intervention group, 11 cases were excellent, 6 cases good, 3 cases fair, the excellent rate was 85%; In the non operation group, 9 cases of excellent, 5 cases good, 4 cases fair, 2 cases poor, the excellent rate was 70%, excellent rate of two groups compared, the difference was statistically significant（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The fracture of clavicle with ipsilateral scapular neck fracture should be analyzed according to the fracture of the patient. According to the situation, surgical or non-surgical treatment should be adopted to ensure the clinical effect of the patient.
