高血压脑出血偏瘫患者护理及早期肢体康复训练体会

摘　　要：目的探讨高血压脑出血偏瘫患者早期肢体康复训练的护理效果。方法随机将2016年3月—2017年3月我院收治的88例高血压脑出血偏瘫患者分为实验组(综合训练,44例)和对照组(肌力训练,44例),对比两组患者康复训练后肌力和日常生活能力的改善情况。结果实验组肌力恢复有效率97.73%,Barthel评分(66.9±8.2)分,两项指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论予以高血压脑出血偏瘫患者早期肢体康复训练可有效增强肌力水平,提高生活自理能力。Objective To explore the nursing effect of early limb rehabilitation training in patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage Hemiplegia. Methods From March 2016 to March 2017, 88 cases of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage hemiplegia patients were divided into experimental group（comprehensive training, 44 cases） and control group（muscle strength training, 44 cases）. The improvement of muscle strength and daily living ability of two groups after rehabilitation training was observed and compared. ResultsThe recovery rate of muscle strength in experimental group was 97.73%, barthel score was（66.9±8.2） points, and two indexes were better than that of control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The early limb rehabilitation training of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage patients with hemiplegia can effectively enhance the level of muscle strength, improve self-care ability, and deserve clinical popularization.
