摘 要:在制备Mo_2FeB_2基金属陶瓷原料中,添加3%~12%(质量分数)TiC微粉,经球磨、压制、真空烧结后,采用金相显微镜、扫描电镜和能谱仪分析了试样的显微组织和微区成分,采用硬度计和材料试验机检测其力学性能,并与砂轮对磨分析其耐磨性能。结果表明:添加TiC有助于细化Mo_2FeB_2基金属陶瓷的组织和提高其均匀性,TiC能大幅度提高Mo_2FeB_2基金属陶瓷的硬度、抗弯强度和耐磨性。Adding 3%-12%(mass percent) TiC powder into the raw materials to prepare Mo_2FeB_2-based cermet.The microstructure and micro-area composition of the samples were studied by using optical microscope,scanning electron microscope and EDS after ball-milling,compacting and vacuum sintering processes. The mechanical properties were also studied by using hardness tester and universal testing machines. The wear resistance was analyzed using the method of grinding wheel ground. Results indicate that,the addition of TiC is benefit for refining the microstructure and improving uniformity of Mo_2FeB_2 based cermets,and the hardness,bending strength and wear resistance of Mo_2FeB_2 based cermets are greatly improved with TiC addition.
