摘　　要：利用数据分析法和技术创新环境理论分析法分析英国在投入结构,审批,市场和医保等政策上的优势,与中国药物政策现状做出比较,旨在寻找出中国目前存在的对新药开发不利的因素,从而针对我国新药研发境提出如下建议:我国亟需在医保、专利、投资、人才培养相关政策方面进行改革,同时注重高素质人才的引入和培养,健全相关法律机制从而改善我国的研发环境。The data analysis as well as the technology innovation environment theory analysisare used to study the advantages of the R＆D environment in the UK. Further, the advices for new,drug research and development in our country can be put forward after comparing the result of the study with the current situation of drug policy in China. Here are the advices The policies of health care, patent, and investment should be improved in our country. Meanwhile, paying attention to the introduction of high-quality talents and refining legal mechanism are all good way to enhance the development environment of our country.
