双相情感障碍患者同伴支持服务的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨双相情感障碍患者同伴支持服务的效果。方法:将72例双相情感障碍躁狂发作患者随机分为同伴组和对照组,均纳入重性精神疾病管理治疗项目,在药物治疗与健康教育基础上,同伴组接受同伴支持服务,对照组接受常规治疗。分别在入组时、4周末应用杨氏躁狂评定量表(YMRS)、社会功能缺陷筛选量表(SDSS)、生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOLI-74)等方法评定患者。结果:(1)4周末,两组YMRS、SDSS评分均显著低于入组时(P<0.01),且同伴组YMRS、SDSS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);(2)4周末,两组GQOLI-74量表中躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能、物质生活状态、总分均显著高于入组时(P<0.01),且同伴组心理功能、社会功能、GQOLI-74总分均明显或显著高于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:同伴支持服务有助于快速控制双相情感障碍患者的临床症状,改善患者心理、社会功能,提高患者生活质量,可作为双相情感障碍的一种康复措施。Objective： To investigate effects of peer support services on patients with bipolar disorder. Methods： 75 bipolar disorder patients were randomly divided into peer group and control group, and were included in the severe mental illness management and treatment project. On the basis of drug treatment and health education, the peer group received peer support services. The Young manic rating scale （YMRS）, social disability screening scale （ SDSS）, and generic quality of life inventory- 7 4 items （ GQOL1-74） were used to assess the patients at entering the group and 4 weeks after the treatment. Results ： （1） 4 weeks after the treatment, the YMRS and SDSS scores of the two groups were lower than those at entering the group （ P 〈0. 01） , and the scores of the peer group were significantly lower than those of the control group （P 〈0. 05）. （2）4 weeks after the treatment, the scores of physical function, psycho-logical function, social function, material life status and the GQOL1-74 total score of two groups were higherthan those at entering the group （P 〈0. 01） , and the scores of psychological function and social function and the GQOL1- 7 4 total score of the peer group were significantly lower than those of the control group （ P 〈0. 05 or P 〈0. 01）. Conclusions： Peer support services can help to control the clinical symptoms of the bipolar disorder patients quickly, improve the psychological and social function, improve the quality of l ife , and can be used as a rehabilitation measure for bipolar disorder.
