摘 要:为了减轻燃用高钠煤引起的锅炉炉膛结渣,采用掺烧沾污性弱的煤种。本文利用黑体炉标定了彩色CCD测温系统,研究了离焦和曝光时间对测温准确性的影响,并应用该系统测量了某超超临界660 MW机组锅炉在掺烧不同比例神华煤时的炉膛出口温度,得到炉膛吹灰前、后的温度变化以及吹灰后的温升速率,提出稳定负荷下监测炉膛结渣的方法。结果表明:标定区间950~1 250℃内,测温系统的最大偏差为1.48%,在炉膛出口温度允许的偏差范围内;掺烧方案4和方案5的炉膛吹灰前后温度变化以及吹灰后的温升速率明显高于方案1—方案3,说明随着神华煤(高钠煤)掺配比例的增加,锅炉炉膛的结渣越严重,神华煤的掺配比例不宜超过80%;锅炉在全负荷运行时,宜投用5台磨煤机,A磨煤机为保利煤,B—E磨煤机为神华煤,炉膛吹灰器的投用时间间隔为15 h。To alleviate the slagging in furnace of boiler firing high sodium coal, coals with weak fouling ability were co-burned. This paper discussed the calibration of temperature measurement system based on color CCD temperature detection system, and studied the influence of defocus and exposure time on temperature measurement accuracy by blackbody furnace. The flue temperature at furnace outlet of a 660 MW unit ultra-supercritical boiler was measured when burning blended Shenhua coal. The changing of furnace outlet temperature with furnace soot- blowing and the temperature rise rate at furnace outlet were also obtained under different blending schemes. Furthermore, a method was put forward for monitoring the furnace blending at fixed load. The results show that, the maximum deviation of the temperature measurement system is within 1.48% within the range from 950℃ to 1 250 ℃, which is within engineering permissible error range. The temperature change and rise rate of furnace outlet of the blending scheme 4, 5 are obvious higher than that of the scheme 1, 2 and 3, which illustrates that the higher blending ratio of Shenhua coal, the more serious of slagging in the furnace, and the ratio should be less than 80%. When running in full load condition, the boiler should put 5 coal mills into operation, of which, mill A taking in Baoli coal, mill B to mill E taking in Shenhua coal, and the time interval of furnace soot-blowing is 15 h.
