摘　　要：高校辅导员作为大学生政治的引导者、思想的教育者、成长的引领者、职业的指导者、日常活动的管理者和组织者,在高等教育立德树人的过程中发挥着极其重要的作用。因而,这就迫切需要辅导员结合自身实际,找准职业定位,完善知识结构,积极投身实践,提高科研能力,全方位提升职业素养和职业能力。University counselors who are the leaders for college students＇ political idea,the ideological educator,the guide for college students＇ growth,the instructor of the vocation and the manager and organizer of daily work,play an important role in universities＇ morality education.These multiple roles urgently requires university counselors to identify their career orientation based on their own condition,to perfect the knowledge structure,to actively take part in practice,to improve research capacity and to comprehensively improve their professional quality and ability.
