摘　　要：大学生就业弱势群体包括个体能力欠缺型、社会资本匮乏型、心理挫折型和生理差异型四种。在社会资源占有、就业机会获取、就业权利保障等诸多方面,大学生就业弱势群体较一般大学生群体处于明显的劣势地位。开展对大学生就业弱势群体的帮扶工作,是社会公正理念的重要体现,是实现教育公平的内在诉求,是贯彻责任伦理的基本要求,可以从社会帮扶、学校帮扶和自我帮扶三个层面上做好具体工作,切实改变大学生就业弱势群体的"弱势"地位。Vulnerable groups in job-hunting of college students can be divided into four types：deficiency in individual capacity,short of social capital,psychological frustration and physical gap.Compared with ordinary college students,vulnerable groups in job-hunting are at an obvious disadvantage in allocation of social resources,the acquisition of employment opportunities and employment rights protection.Therefore,assistance to vulnerable college students in jobhunting reflects the idea of social justice,is the inherent demand to realize educational fairness,and the basic requirement of implementing responsibility ethics.In order to change the weak position of vulnerable college students＇ preparation should address the specific job in social support,school support and self-help.
