以针灸治疗消化性溃疡病为例对针灸临床随机对照试验表述要素问题分析

摘　　要：以针灸治疗消化性溃疡病为例探讨针灸临床随机对照试验(RCT)规范表述要素,以期为针灸临床RCT文章的规范撰写提供参考。检索国内外数据库,包括中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、万方数据库(WANFANG)、维普数据库(VIP)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、Pub Med、Web of Science、Sciencedirect、Springer、Wiley,获取1996—2015年针灸治疗消化性溃疡病的RCT文章66篇。参考CONSORT和STRICTA标准,对纳入的文章质量进行评价,结果发现针灸治疗消化性溃疡病临床RCT文章表述问题较多,多数文章存在表达不完整,针灸临床RCT文章的撰写还需规范,尤其是前言、试验设计方法以及干预措施部分。To explore the expressive elements for the clinical randomized controlled trials of acupuncture and moxibustion so as to provide reference for them, taking peptic ulcer as an example. Sixty-six papers from 1996 to 2015 were collected in domestic and overseas databases, including China National Knowledge Infrastructure（CNKI）, WANFANG, VIP,China Biology Medicine（CBM）, Pub Med, Web of Science, Sciencedirect, Springer, Wiley. The expression qualities were evaluated according to the Consolidated Standards of Reporting Trials（CONSORT） and the Standards for Reporting Interventions in Clinical Trials of Acupuncture（STRICTA）. We consider that the reports are not sound, especially their preface, trial design and intervention.
