摘  要:为克服盾构接收端软弱富水地层传统处理技术的不足,保证盾构在软弱富水地层中高效、安全接收,在盾构接收井的洞门前端采用抗压强度为0.1~0.5 MPa的固化灰浆建造防渗墙,与接收井井壁构成封闭的前室,将室内、外地下水隔断;在前室内设置真空降水井,采用水循环真空泵抽排井内空气,保证降水井内持续真空,将室内软弱富水地层中水分快速排出,使土层固结自稳;在前室内接收井洞门附近采用抗压强度为2.0~4.0 MPa的旋喷桩加固,以减小结构薄弱部位土压力;防渗墙及旋喷桩采用低强度材料建造,有利于刀具磨损严重的盾构机切碎通过。湛江跨海隧道盾构接收端采用该技术进行加固,保证了已掘进2 750 m隧道、刀具磨损严重的盾构顺利、安全进入接收井,完成接收。该技术可供同类工程参考。To overcome the shortcomings of traditional processing technology of weak-water stratum in shield machine receiving end and ensure the shield received quickly and safely, an impervious wall was built with the 0. 1 ~ 0. 5 MPa compressive strength solidified mortarin front of the door of the receiving well to form a closed interval, which will separate the groundwater out of the closed interval; Set vacuum dewatering well in closed interval, pump out the air in the dewatering well by the water circulating pump, ensuring the continuous vacuum in the dewatering well. This can draw water out of the weak-rich water foundation quickly and make the soil consolidation; Reinforce the weak positions of the receiving well with 2. 0 ~ 4. 0 MPa compressive strength jet grouting pile, which will reduce the pressure of soil; The impervious wall and jet grouting pile are built with low strength materials, which is advantageous to chop with the serious wear tool of the shield machine and the shield machine through smoothly. Adopting the technique in reforcement,the shield receiving end of Zhanjiang bay of shield tunnel project ensured the shield that has tunneled 2750 m tunnel with serious tool wear to access into the receiving well smoothly to complete the receiving process.. This technology can be used as s reference for engineering.
