摘  要:目的调查某液晶电视显示模组技改项目通风系统,针对系统存在不合理的地方进行优化,并评价系统优化后效果。方法根据国家相关标准要求,笔者于2014年和2015年分别对该企业通风系统优化前后进行职业卫生现场调查、职业卫生检测。结果优化前,由于局部排风系统存在罩口设计不合理、风机风量不足、密闭性差等原因,导致该企业POL(偏光片)车间红色喷码机、蓝色喷码机清洗工个体CTWA丁酮为2 488.49~2 799.70 mg/m^3,远超过国家职业接触限值(PC-TWA 300 mg/m^3)。2015年企业进行局部通风系统优化后,POL车间红色喷码机、蓝色喷码机清洗工个体CTWA丁酮为3.91~9.97 mg/m^3,低于国家职业接触限值。结论全面通风系统和局部通风经过优化后,作业场所中有毒有害气体得到有效控制。Objective To investgate the technological transformation programme of ventilation system optimization of dis- play module in a liquid crystal TV, to optimize the unreasonable designs in the system and evaluate effects of the optimized system. Methods Based on relevant national standard and requirements, field investigation and inspection on occupation- al health before and after ventilation system optimization of this corporation were respectively conducted in the year of 2014 and 2015. Results Before optimization, thanks to unreasonablely designed line ports of partial ventilation system, insuffi- cient fan delivery, bad leakproofness and other causes, the red and blue inkjet printer washers' individual C~,A butanone in POL workshops was 2 488. 49 - 2 799. 70 mg/m3 , greatly surpassing the national occupational exposure limits of PC - TWA 300 mg/ma. After partial optimization of the ventilation system, the value changed from 2 488.49 - 2 799.70 mg/m3 to 3.91 -9. 97 mg/m3 were lower than that of the national occupational exposure limits. Conclusion Through the overall and partial optimization of the ventilation system, the toxic gas at the workplace is effectively controlled.
