某特殊钢冶炼加工企业职业病危害因素识别与关键控制点分析

摘　　要：目的分析某特殊钢冶炼企业存在的职业病危害因素,并进行检测、评价,提出切实可行的职业病防护措施,为企业的日常职业卫生管理工作提供依据。方法依据相关的法律、法规、标准和规范,对该企业进行职业卫生现场调查、基础资料收集、工程分析、职业病危害因素检测及职业健康监护情况分析。结果该公司存在的职业病危害因素主要有粉尘、高温、噪声、毒物等。本次共检测5种化学有害因素,均符合国家职业卫生标准要求;对接触噪声的24个工种进行检测,检查结果为74.4~104.7 d B(A),其中7个工种的噪声超标;对接触粉尘的21个工种进行检测,其中6个工种的粉尘超标;高温WBGT指数检测结果 26.9~30.2之间,紫外弧光检测结果在0.13~0.20μW/cm^2之间。结论该公司为职业病危害严重企业,现阶段的职业卫生防护措施仍存在不足,应进一步采取防控措施。Objective To analyze the risk factors of occupational disease in a special steel smelting company, test and e- valuation, and put forward feasible measures for occupational disease prevention, provide the basis for the daily manage- ment of the enterprise occupational health. Methods According to the laws, regulations, standards and norms related to the occupational health field survey, basic data collection, engineering analysis, occupational disease harm health care de- tection and occupational factor were analyzed for the company. Results The risk factors of occupational diseases in the company were dust, high temperature, noise, poison, etc. The total detection of 5 kinds of harmful chemical factors were in line with national health standards of occupational requirements;the results of 24 types of noise exposure were 74. 5 - 104. 7 dB（A）. 7 types of noise which exceeded the standard; 21 types of dust were detected among the 6 type of street dust, which exceeded the standard; the detection results of WBGT high temperature index were 26. 9 - 30. 2, U detection results were 0. 13 - 0. 20 μW/cm2, some of the positions of dust and noise were excessive. Conclusion The occupational disease in the company is serious, the current stage of occupational health protection measures are still inadequate, should take fur- ther measures to control.
