摘 要:目的了解某光伏玻璃生产企业职业病危害现状,确保工人的生产安全和身体健康。方法采用职业卫生现场调查、职业病危害因素检测和职业健康检查方法对该企业进行分析和评价。结果本企业存在的职业病危害因素主要有粉尘、化学毒物、噪声、高温、热辐射等。检测结果表明,24个接尘工种中8个工种作业人员接触粉尘浓度超过职业接触限值,粉尘CTWA范围为0.8~6.7 mg/m^3;镀膜工接触异丙醇浓度超过职业接触限值,异丙醇CSTEL范围为510.3~1 019.7 mg/m^3;29个接触噪声的工种中3个工种作业工人接触的8 h等效声级超过职业接触限值。结论该企业采取的职业病防护措施基本有效、可行,但仍要加强通风除尘(排毒)设施的维修保养,加强个人防护用品的佩戴,落实各项职业卫生管理措施,以降低职业病发生的风险,保护劳动者的健康。Objective To understand the status of occupational hazards in the photovoltaic glass factory, to ensure work- ers' safety and health. Methods Field investigation of occupational health, occupational health analysis and detection of occupational hazards were applied. Results The main occupational hazard factors in the photovohaic glass production were dust, noise, high temperature, thermal radiation, poisonous chemicals. According to detection results of the project, concentra- tion of dust exposed 24 jobs workers was inspected, that of eight jobs workers were more than the standard limits, CTWA for dust were 0. 8 - 6. 7 mg/m3. Concentration of isopropanol exposed coating workers was over occupational exposure limit, CSTEL for isopropanol were 510. 3 - 1 019. 7 mg/m3. Noise equivalent sound level of twenty - nine jobs was inspected, LEX,8h noise intensities of three were over occupational exposure limit. Conclusion The protective measures against occupational hazards in the photovohaic glass line are feasible and effective, but the measures must be strengthened about ventilation, dust removal (detoxification) maintenance and preventive appliances, reducing the risk of occupational diseases, protecting the workers' occupational health.
