摘 要:目的了解并评价铅蓄电池企业除尘设施改造前后的防护效果。方法对铅蓄电池企业进行职业病危害因素检测,对除尘设施进行改造。结果改造前该企业铅尘(烟)的超标率为94.4%,各岗位控制风速均未能满足除尘的要求;改造后,各岗位铅尘(烟)的浓度均低于职业接触限值,各岗位控制风速均达标。结论该企业的除尘设施由于设置不合理及维护不当导致工作场所铅尘(烟)浓度严重超标,对除尘设施进行改造后,工作场所铅尘(烟)的浓度明显降低。Objective To understand and evaluate the protective effect of lead acid battery enterprise before and after the transformation of dust removal facilities. Methods The detection of occupational disease risk factors for lead storage battery enterprises was carried out. Results The standard rate of lead dust (smoke) was 94.4%, and the post control wind speed could not meet the requirements of dust removal. After the transformation, the concentration of lead dust (smoke) in each post was lower than the occupational exposure limit, and the position control wind speed was up to the standard. Conclusion Dust removal facilities in the enterprise due to unreasonable and improper maintenance of lead dust (smoke) concentra- tion in the workplace is seriously over the standard, after the transformation of dust removal facilities, workplace lead dust (smoke) concentration decreases significantly.
