摘  要:疲劳破坏作为一种常见的失效形式,直接关系到机械结构的寿命,通过有限元软件ANSYS Workbench能够准确计算出机械结构的疲劳寿命。通过SolidWorks建立三维实体模型,在ANSYS Workbench中进行网格划分,对于液体冲击及螺栓预紧力作用分为两种环境进行静力学计算。将两种环境叠加处理,再通过ANSYS Workbench中的Fatugue Tool模块进行非比例载荷疲劳寿命分析。然后根据管道的疲劳寿命结果,优化螺栓预紧力大小,选取最优螺栓预紧力实现管道疲劳寿命的最大化,优化结构的疲劳强度。结果表明,经螺栓预紧力优化后,管道疲劳寿命提高了10%。As a common form of failure,fatigue failure is directly related to the life of the mechanical structure. The fatigue life of the mechanical structure can be accurately calculated by the finite element software ANSYS Workbench. 3D solid model is built by SolidWorks,and mesh generation is carried out in ANSYS Workbench. Statics calculation is made respectively tO the effects of liquid impact and holt preload under two kinds of environments. The two environments are superim posed and processed by Fatugue Tool module in ANSYS Workbench for non-proportional load fatigue life analysis. Then, according to the fatigue life of tbe pipeline, bolt preload is optimized, and the optimal bolt preload is selected to maximize the fatigue life of the pipeline,so as to optimize the fatigue strength of the structure. The results show that the fatigue life of pipeline with optimized bolt preload increases 10%.
