摘  要:将反式异戊二烯(TPI)引入到全钢子午线轮胎子口耐磨胶的配方设计中,研究了生胶体系、填充体系和硫化体系对胶料物理、机械和加工性能的影响。结果表明,TPI的加入能够改善填料的分散性能;与不含有TPI的1#参比配方相比,在保持了良好加工性能的同时,2#配方的DIN磨耗提高了20%,胶料的耐疲劳性有了显著的提高,生热有了一定的降低。Trans-1,4-polyisoprene(TPI)was introduced in the design of Truck and Bus Radial Tire(TBR)gum chafer compound.The effect of rubber,filler and curing system on the physical,mechanical properties and processibility were investigated systimatically.The result indicated that a better dispertion can be obtained with the TPI added.Compared to 1#reference compound,which did not contain TPI,the DIN wear resistance was improved 20 percent for 2#compound.Besides,a better fatigue performance and lower heat generation were obtained with good processability.
