摘 要:目的 :观测杞参膏对干眼症SD大鼠血清I-TAC的影响。方法 :使用随机平行对照方法,30只SD大鼠适应性喂养7天,称重后按照随机数字法分为3组,空白对照组、模型对照组、杞参膏组,1 0只/组。采用暴露和皮下注射东莨菪碱法制备干眼症大鼠模型,连续28d。灌胃干预,模型对照组:生理盐水,1次/d;杞参膏组:杞参膏汤剂,1次/d;均连续56d。观测泪液分泌量、血清中I-TAC含量。结果 :空白对照组大鼠泪液分泌量正常。模型对照组大鼠泪液分泌量显著减少,与空白对照组比较有统计学意义(P<0.01);与模型对照组比较,杞参膏组大鼠泪液分泌量显著增加,有统计学意义(P<0.01)。与空白对照组比较,模型对照组大鼠血清I-TAC含量显著升高(P<0.01);与模型对照组比较,杞参膏组大鼠血清I-TAC含量显著降低(P<0.01)。结论 :杞参膏可减轻干眼症模型大鼠泪液分泌不足的症状;杞参膏可降低干眼症模型大鼠血清I-TAC含量。杞参膏可能是通过降低干眼症模型大鼠血清I-TAC含量而发挥其抗炎作用的,从而改善泪液分泌量,减轻干眼症症状。Objective:To observe the effect of Qi-shen cream on serum I-TAC in dry eye SD rats. Methods:Thirty SD rats were fed with adaptive diet for 7 days and then randomly divided into 3 groups: blank control group, model control group, Qi-shen cream group and 10 rats. A rat model of dry eye was prepared by exposure and subcutane- ous injection of scopolamine method for 28 days. The rats in the model control group were treated with normal saline, 1 time / d; Qi-shen cream t group: Qi-shen cream decoction, once / d; Observed tear secretion, serum I-TAC content. Results :The urine of the control group was normal. (P 〈0.01 ). Compared with the model control group, the tear se- cretion of the rats in the model group was significantly higher than that in the control group ( P 〈0.01 ), and there was significant difference between the control group and the control group 〈0.01 ). Compared with the control group, the serum I-TAC content in the model control group was significantly higher than that in the control group ( P 〈0.01 ). Compared with the model control group, the serum I-TAC content in the rats was significantly lower than that in the control group. Conclusion:Qi-shen cream t can reduce the symptoms of lacrimal secretion of dry eye model rats; Qi- shen cream can reduce the serum I-TAC content in dry eye model rats. Qi-shen cream may be by reducing the dry eye model of serum I-TAC content and play its anti-inflammatory effect, thereby improving the amount of tear secretion, reduce dry eye symptoms.
