益气活血汤联合人胎盘组织液治疗静脉曲张性下肢慢性溃疡疗效探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨益气活血汤联合人胎盘组织液治疗静脉曲张性下肢慢性溃疡的临床疗效。方法:将符合标准的90例静脉曲张性下肢慢性溃疡患者作为观察对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各45例,对照组采用贝复济喷剂治疗,观察组采用益气活血汤联合人胎盘组织液疗法,经过2个疗程(2周为1个疗程)治疗后,对比2组临床疗效。结果:观察组的治愈率为35.56%,有效率为93.33%,明显高于对照组差异有统计学意义。结论:益气活血汤联合人胎盘组织液治疗静脉曲张性下肢慢性溃疡,疗效显著。Objective： To explore the clinical effect of Yiqi Huoxue decoction combined with human placental tissue fluid in the treatment of varicose veins with chronic ulcer of lower extremities. Methods： 90 patients with varicose vein ulcer were randomly divided into control group and observation group. There were 45 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with Beifuji spray, and the observation group was treated with Yiqi Huoxue decoction combined with human placental tissue fluid therapy. After 2 courses of treatment, the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results： After 2 courses of active treatment, the cure rate of the observation group was 35.56%, the total effective rate was 93.33%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group 20.00% and 77.78%. The dif- ference was significant （P〈0.05）, which was statistically significant. Conclusion： Yiqi Huoxue decoction combined with human placental tissue fluid in treating varicose veins of lower extremity chronic ulcer, the effect is significant, the cure rate is high, ulcers do not recurrent, it is worth to promote and use in clinical practice.
