摘 要:本文以阳煤集团寿阳景福煤业采区泵房改造的自动排水系统为例介绍煤矿自动排水系统总体设计的思路,给出硬件设计方案和软件设计流程。系统通过检测水仓水位、出水管路的压力和流量、水泵运行时间等信息,控制阀门和水泵的开启与关闭,合理调度水泵运行,在降低工人操作劳动强度的同时提升了矿井的自动化水平。In this paper, taking the transformation of the automatic drainage system in pump chamber of Yangquan Coal Group coal mining area of Shouyang Jingfu as an example,the design idea of the coal mine automatic drainage system was introduced, and the process of hardware design and software design were proposed in the paper.Through detecting the information of the water level of the sump, pressure and flow rate of the water outlet pipeline, running time of pump and other information, the open and close of the control valve and pump can be controlled, and the running of pump can be adjusted reasonably, the automation degree of coal mine was improved, and the the labor intensity of the workers was also reduced.
