摘  要:立井多绳摩擦提升钢丝绳更换是矿山机电维修工作的重要内容,事关矿山安全生产。按照换绳过程中所使用的动力源,换绳方法可以分为外置设备换绳法和以提升绞车为动力的换绳方法,常用的换绳设备包括稳车和专用换绳设备。本文在介绍各种换绳方法工艺原理的基础上,对几种换绳方法进行比较,指出各种方法的优缺点和适用范围,为矿山机电管理和维护工作者提供参考。The replacement of multi rope friction hoisting rope in vertical shaft is an important content of mine electromechanical maintenance work, which is closely related to mine safety production. In accordance with the power source used in the rope changing process, the rope changing method can be divided into an external equipment rope changing method and a rope changing method with a lifting winch as the motive force, and the common rope changing equipment comprises a stable vehicle and a special rope changing device. Based on the introduction of various rope changing methods and process principle, several kinds of rope changing methods were compared in this paper, and the advantages and disadvantages of these methods and their applicable scope were alao pointed out, which will provide reference for mine electromechanical management and managers.
