井工三矿一采区影响煤矿安全生产的地质因素分析

摘  要:通过地面钻探工程、井巷工程、煤层回采观测等技术手段对中国宁武盆地井工三矿一采区的断层、泥石流和陷落柱(或陷落带)等构造特征与发育样式进行了研究,并探讨了其成因机理及其对巷道掘进和煤层回采的影响。研究结果表明:该区主要发育正断层及其组合样式,其中断距大于煤厚的断层对巷道的掘进和煤层的回采影响最大;泥石流在煤层中的分布分为顺层侵入型、岩墙型和沿断层充填型三种类型,分别是同沉积、准同沉积和后期改造的结果;以长条状SW-NE向分布在研究区中部的陷落柱(或陷落带)造成了煤层的缺失,是造成施工困难、冒顶事故和局部突水等事件的关键因素,在掘进和回采过程中应引起足够重视。Structural characteristics and development styles of the faults, debris flows and collapse columns or collapse column belts at the No. 1 mining area of No.3 coal mine of Ningwu basin were researched, based on the technical methods of ground drilling, underground excavation, and coal seam backstoping. The genesis mechanism and the effects of above geological factors on roadway excavation and coal seam backstoping were also discussed. The results show that normal faults and their combination patterns were very development at the No.1 mining area of No.3 coal mine. The separation of normal fault greater than the coal thickness has the most influence on roadway excavation and coal seam backstoping. The debris flows distributing in coal beds can be classified into three types, that is concordant intrusion type, dike type, and along with fault filling type.These three types of debris flows are resulted from synsediment, quasi-synsediment, and late reformation, respectively. The collapse columns or collapse column belts located in the center of the research area in series from southwest to northeast, cause coal bed deletion, and they are the key factors causing difficulty in construction, roof-fall accidents and local water inrush. Therefore, the collapse columns or collapse column belts must be paid enough attention to during roadway excavation and coal seam backstoping.
