摘 要:采用非滑溜牵伸和滑溜牵伸2种纺纱方式纺制羊毛和山羊绒(65/35)混纺纱线,分别对纱线条干、拉伸性能和线密度3项指标进行测试,并对测试数据进行比较和分析。结果表明:在纺制羊毛和山羊绒(65/35)混纺纱线的过程中,采用滑溜牵伸纺纱方式,长度较长的纤维被拉断的几率降低,纤维经过梳理,在纱条中排列更加整齐,捻度较为均匀的分布在纱线上,细纱条干有所改善,细纱拉伸性能有不同程度的提高,纱线的线密度更接近设计线密度。The article describes non-slippery and slippery draft drawing two kinds of spinning wool and cashmere ways(65/35) blended yarn spinning,and then separately obtained yarn evenness,tensile properties,and line three density test,the data is compared and analyzed,it is results that: the process of spinning wool and cashmere(65/35) blended yarn,using slippery spinning draft mode,longer length fiber pulled off reduces the chance,carded fibers,yarn arranged in a more orderly,more uniform distribution of the twist in the yarn,yarn evenness improved yarn tensile properties have increased to varying degrees,yarn linear density closer to the design of linear density.
