摘　　要：通过对传统环锭纺纱技术加捻三角区采用2种处理方法,探讨新型环锭纺纱技术在毛纺织行业中的应用。2种不同的处理方式纺出的纱线呈现不同的风格:一种是通过弱化加捻三角区的方式让纤维以更窄小的宽度和更紧凑的排序进行牵伸与加捻,使得纱线获得毛羽少、强力高等良好的纱线物理指标;另一种是通过强化加捻三角区的方式让纤维之间相互缠绕、相互捕捉,以这种方式牵伸加捻获得的纱线毛羽少、强力高。同时通过对各类纺纱原材料的合理搭配使用让外包纤维与芯纤维各自的优势得到进一步的发挥,以最大化地获得所需的纱线风格。The new spinning technology was applied on wool textile industry through dealing with different ways of the traditional ring spinning triangular space. Two different processing methods made the spinning yarn show different style： One way,by weakening spinning triangular space,the fibers were drafting and twisting in a more narrow width and more compact sort,and it can decrease yarn hairiness,improve yarn break; The other way was strengthening the spinning triangular space,it made the fibers to wrap around each other,to capture each other. After twisting and stretching,yarn was also strengthen,less hairiness. At the same time,through the reasonable collocation of various kinds of spinning raw materials,the advantages of the outsourcing fiber and core fiber could be further played,in order to maximize the desired yarn style.
