摘  要:针对同步带传动过载保护的问题,运用TRIZ理论和方法,分析同步带传动存在的技术矛盾,根据矛盾矩阵表给出的发明原理,选用分割原理和预先作用原理对同步带轮进行改进设计,将与从动轴相连的同步带轮分为轴套和轮体2部分,通过安全销将轮体与轴套连接在一起。当工作过程中出现过载时,在极限扭矩作用下,安全销被剪断,使轮体与轴套脱离,从而保护电动机或重要机件不被损坏,在排除故障后换上新的安全销即可。文章还介绍了安全销直径的计算方法。Aiming at the problem of overload protection of synchronous belt driving,this paper using the TRIZ theory and method,analyzes the contradiction. According to the principle of contradiction matrix,an improvement design is conducted by segmentation principle and the action principle,the synchronous belt driving connected with the driven shaft is divided into two parts of the sleeve and the wheel body,through the safety pin together. When overload work,the limit torque will cut the safety pin,make the body away from the shaft sleeve,in order to protect motor or important part not to be damaged. This paper also introduces the method for calculating the safety pin diameter.
