雅赛尔与莫代尔针织面料性能测试对比研究

摘　　要：文章对雅赛尔和莫代尔单面针织面料进行力学与服用性能的测试与分析。运用模糊综合评价法,根据各种织物不同性能所占权重比例不同,从理论上分析了织物面料的综合性能。实验结果表明,雅赛尔及雅赛尔/莫代尔混纺针织面料力学性能优良,风格舒适,较纯莫代尔产品服用性能更佳。通过超景深三维电子显微镜观测,雅赛尔纱线毛羽少,纤维间抱合紧,使得雅赛尔纱线强力大,耐磨性好。雅赛尔纤维成本比莫代尔纤维低5 000元/t,且雅赛尔纤维原料来源广泛,对自然环境负荷小,可实现低成本低消耗目的。雅赛尔纤维应用于针织服装面料具有广阔的前景。In this paper,single knit fabrics of Gracell and Modal were tested and analysed on its style and wearability. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to analyse comprehensive performance of various fabrics theoretically,according to the various fabrics proportion of different performance. We found that gracell and gracell/modal blended knitted fabric have excellent mechanical performance,style and comfortable. It was better than pure modal product＇ s style and performance.Thought 3D super depth digital microscope observation,gracell yarn with less hairiness,hold together tightly between fibers. Compared them,gracell yarn strength was stronger and wear resistance is better.Through the cost analysis,we found that gracell＇s price was lower than modal fiber at about 5000 yuan/ton,what＇ s more,gracell fiber with wide raw material sources and little natural environment load,it realized low cost and low consumption target. Therefore,gracell fiber applied in knitted fabric has a broad prospect.
