摘 要:毛细管电色谱技术是一种结合了毛细管电泳和高效液相色谱双重优势的分离分析技术。该项技术具有高柱效、高选择性、分离快等优点。而色谱柱是毛细管电色谱技术的重要部分,所以色谱柱成为了国际上关注的热点。本文简单介绍了毛细管电色谱技术的基本原理、发展历史,又综述了近几年毛细管电色谱柱的研究进展,并对其进行了展望。Capillary electrochromatography is a new kind of separation and analysis techniques which combines the advantages of capillary electrophoresis and high performance liquid chromatography. The technology has the characteristics of high performance, high selectivity and fast separation. And the chromatographic column is an important part of the capillary electrochromatography technology, therefore, the chromatographic column has become an interna- tional hotspot. This paper introduces the basic principle and the development history of capillary electrochromatography, and reviewed of the recent research progress in capillary electrochromatography column, and the capillary electrochromatography column was prospected.
