摘　　要：土鳖虫作为一种传统的药食两用的中药材,化学成分复杂,富含多种活性蛋白、氨基酸、脂肪酸、生物碱以及脂溶性和水溶性元素等,具有广泛的药理作用,因此本文总结了近几年的土鳖虫的化学成分和药理研究文献。The Eupolyphaga sinesis Walker , a traditional Chinese herbal medicine and food, that has a variety of complex chemical composition, active protein, amino acids, fatty acids, alkaloids, fat soluble and water - soluble elements ,but also has extensive pharmacological effects, chemical composition and pharmacological research literature. Therefore, this article summarizes the research progress of Eupolyphaga sinesis Walker in recent years.
