摘  要:以引进的10个甜高粱品种为试验材料,研究了NaCl模拟盐胁迫对不同品种甜高粱种子萌发及幼苗生理特性的影响。结果表明:不同浓度NaCl胁迫对甜高粱种子发芽势、发芽率,以及幼苗的SOD、POD、CAT活性均具有显著的影响;随着NaCl胁迫浓度增加,发芽势和发芽率均逐渐下降,不同品种幼苗的SOD和CAT活性均随着盐胁迫浓度的增加呈现先升高后降低的变化趋势;当NaCl胁迫浓度为100~150 mmol/L时,SOD和CAT的活性均最大,而POD活性变化则因品种而异。随着NaCl胁迫浓度的升高,不同品种甜高粱幼苗MDA含量也呈现上升趋势,不同盐胁迫处理间差异不显著。The effects of salt stress on the seed germination and seedling physiological characteristics of introduced 10 sweet sorghum varieties were studied. The results indicated that different concentrations of Na Cl stress had significant effects on the seed germination potential,germination rate and seedling SOD,POD and CAT activities of sweet sorghum. When the concentration of Na Cl stress increased,both the germination potential and the germination rate decreased gradually,and the activity of SOD and CAT in seedlings of different varieties all revealed the trend of increasing first and then decreasing. When the concentration of Na Cl stress was 100 ~ 150 mmol/L,the activity of both SOD and CAT was the highest,while the change in POD activity in different varieties under Na Cl stress was different. Along with the increase in the concentrations of Na Cl stress,the MDA content in seedlings of different sweet sorghum varieties all showed an increasing trend,and there was no significant difference in MDA content among different salt stress treatments.
