基于熵权法的吉安市城市土地集约利用评价

摘　　要：以江西省吉安市作为研究对象,从社会、经济、生态环境效益方面选取了12项指标建立了评价指标体系。通过熵权法求出指标的权重值,然后构建评价模型对吉安市城市土地集约利用进行了综合评价,得出吉安市城市土地集约利用度值,再利用协调系数公式计算出协调度值。结果显示,吉安市2009~2014年城市集约利用度总体呈上升状态,但吉安市城市土地集约利用协调度总体呈下降趋势。最后对评价结果进行了分析并提出了相应的对策。Taking Ji＇an city of Jiangxi province as the studied object,this article selected twelve indexes from the aspects of social,economic and ecological environmental benefits to establish an evaluation index system. Firstly,the entropy weight method was used to calculate the weight of every index. Then an evaluation model was constructed to comprehensively evaluate the urban land intensive utilization degree of Ji＇an city. Finally,according to the obtained values of urban land intensive utilization degree,the coordination values of urban land intensive utilization were calculated by using coordination coefficient formula. The results indicated that： from 2009 to 2014,the degree of urban land intensive use in Ji＇an city generally showed an upward trend,but the coordination degree of urban land intensive use in this city presented a downward trend in general. Finally,the evaluation results were analyzed,and several corresponding measures were put forward.
