摘　　要：新闻学专业是我国高等教育中的一个重要文科专业,与其他专业不同的是,该专业随着时代的发展与行业的变迁,专业内容与知识含量的更新换代速度飞快。如何产学结合,培养出适合时代发展和行业现状的人才,是目前我国新闻学专业面临的重要问题。从行业大背景入手,分析了新闻学专业产学合作进行实训教学,提升人才培养质量的必要性,并有针对性地提出了一些关于新型教学机制的建设性意见。Journalism is an important liberal art specialty of higher education in China. Unlike the other specialty, along with the development of the times and change of industry, the professional content and knowledge content renewal rapidly .How to combine production with learning and train talents who are suitable for the development of the times is an important problem for journalism majors in our country. This article from the overall industry background analyzes the necessity of carrying out the practical teaching and improving the quality of talent cultivation with industry-academy cooperation in journalism specialty, then puts forward some constructive suggestions to the new teaching mechanism.
