摘　　要：目的总结对膝关节单髁置换术的手术配合经验。方法回顾性分析2015年1月至2016年12月,广州医科大学附属第一医院麻醉手术科对39例膝关节单髁置换手术的护理配合情况。结果 39例患者手术均顺利完成,术后康复良好,未发现并发症。结论术前精心准备和熟练的手术配合是单髁置换手术配合成功的关键。Objective To summarize the nursing experiences of operating room nurses in unicompartmental knee arthroplasty. Methods Clinical and nursing coordination data of unicompartmental knee arthroplasty （UKA） in 39 cases of patients were retrospectively analyzed. Results All the patients lived through the successful operations and the postoperative rehabilitation were in good condition without postoperative complications. Conclusion Careful preoperative preparation and the skilled surgery cooperation is the key of the successful cooperation in UKA.
