摘 要:为加强两系超级稻丰两优四号的品种质量控制,打击假冒伪劣,该研究利用SSR分子标记技术构建丰两优四号的指纹图谱,筛选适用于该品种的SSR特征引物,并利用纯度SSR快速鉴定技术体系鉴定丰两优四号的纯度。结果表明:在48对标准SSR引物中,有19对引物在丰两优四号亲本间具有多态性,杂交种呈现双亲互补带型,可用于该品种纯度鉴定;利用SSR快速鉴定技术鉴定丰两优四号样品纯度的结果表明,引物RM224和RM336不仅能区分母本、父本混杂,还能鉴定多种串粉和机械混杂,是对丰两优四号纯度鉴定较为适宜的特征引物。To enhance the quality control and fight against counterfeit and defective seeds of a two-line super rice va- riety fengliangyou 4, fingerprinting map was constructed, and specific primers were screened and used to detect the purity of the sample.The results revealed that the parents of fengliangyou4 showed polymorphism at 19 of 48 SSR markers, and the hybrid's amplification bands were complementary with that of the parents, indicating that the 19 markers were available for purity identification of the hybrid ; but RM224 and RM336 were more suitable, because they can distinguish not only parents, but also abnormal seeds caused by out-crossing and mechanical mixing.
