摘  要:针对传统电子脱扣器校验装置,采用工频模拟电路实现方式所存在的体积重量偏大、操作复杂、检测质量不高、效率较低的问题,提出一种基于DSP高频PWM控制的便携式电子脱扣器校验装置。装置内置高精度程控源,采用数字控制方法,保证输出电流高精度可控。电流整定步长0.01 A,时间整定同步计时误差小于1 ms,正弦波形失真度小于0.5%,无交越失真,可保存历史记录、可回放试验过程。实际应用表明,装置提高了检测效率、精度和可信度,便于试验结果的保存和管理,体积重量比原有装置减少50%。According to the problems of traditional electronic tripping device calibration device adopting analog circuit realization method, sueh as weight large volume, complex operation, testing quality not high, the low efficiency,this paper put forward a kind of portable electronic tripping device based on DSP HF-PWM control calibration device. The device buih-in high-precision signal source, uses digital control method, guaranteing the output current and high precision control. The current setting step is 0.01 A,the setting time synchronization timing error is less than 1 ms, sine waveform distortion is less than 0.5% , no crossover distortion, it can save the history record and can playback the test process. The practical applications show that the device improves the detection efficiency, accuracy, credibility, is advantageous for the test results preservation and management, the volume weight is reduced by 50% .
